(b. 29July, 1933) obtained his Master of Arts and Doctorate of Philosophy in Telugu degrees from Osmania University. He is renowned poet and writer in Telugu. He also was a nominated Member of Parliament - Upper House from 1997. Recipient of the Jnanpith in 1988 and Padma Bhushan in 1992.
